REEEP - The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership distributes funds to projects focusing on renewable energy and energy efficiency, including REEGLE and Twinning Cities, a project assisting with technology transfer and capacity building between a poor city in a developing country and a city from an industrialized country. www.reeep.org
